What You’ll Do

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Work directly with clients and engineering teams throughout project delivery
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support Agile ceremonies and project tracking
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of business analysis experience
  • Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
